We ship within Australia using Australia Post, and worldwide via Australia Post International Post Express (EMS) Service.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. (Excluding Australian Public Holidays).
You will receive an email when your parcel has been shipped. Please check your spam folders if you haven’t received this email.

Free postage to New Zealand, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea and Taiwan.
A small fee of postage will be charged for other countries and it will be calculated at checkout
Please note international delivery times are provided by Australia Post, are approximate only and are subject to Customs Clearing Process.
We are not responsible for customs clearance, delays or compliance. Please check your local customs regulations.
MY DELIVERY HASN’T ARRIVED.
- Please first check at http://auspost.com.au/track by using your tracking number provided.
- Next, check at your local Post Office. Most of the time you receive a card in your mailbox to let you know about the delivery. However, sometimes your parcel sits at your Local Post Office waiting for your collection, without your knowledge.

We strongly suggest a professional installation, hence NO installation instructions will be provided with the products. However, to gain an overview of what to expect regarding the installation please visit the link below.
Returns and Exchange
Purchased the wrong item or are not happy with our product? We offer a one-year product warranty and we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or in certain cases, a refund.
Please contact us via email for an exchange or refund first before posting any items back to us.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Please return items by mail to the address provided upon initiating the return process. Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
We understand it is hard to determine which bottom bracket/bearing set is the right one for your particular bike. We suggest you check your bike manual or with your mechanic before you place an order.
