  1. Please first check at http://auspost.com.au/track using your tracking number. For international customers, you can use your own countries postal tracking website when the parcel has left Australia.
  2. Next check at your local Post Office. Most of the time you receive a card in your mailbox to let you know about the delivery. However sometimes your parcel sits at your Local Post Office waiting for your collection, without your knowledge.
  3. If your item still hasn’t arrived, please contact us directly at teamhsc@hscceramics.com.au We will do our best to solve the issue.

Returns and Exchange

Purchased a wrong item or not happy with our product? We offer one year product warranty and we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or in certain cases, a refund.

Please contact us via email for exchange or refund first before posting any items back to us.

We understand it is hard to determine which bottom bracket / bearing set is the right one for your particular bike. We suggest you check your bike manual or with your mechanic before you place an order.
