High Speed Cycling Ceramics (HSC Ceramics™) is an Australian-owned ceramic bearing brand that embarked on its journey in the 1990s, experimenting with producing superior ceramic bearings at an affordable price to provide enjoyment to all.
At present, we remain committed to supporting Australian athletes and local communities by making high-quality ceramic bearings accessible to everyone who wants to enjoy them.

1998 - 2002
We conducted experiments on using silicon nitride ceramic material for cycling bearings. |

2003 HSC Ceramics™ brand was launched. |

Joined the Monash University Human Power development project to develop human-powered vehicles (HPV) and achieved a speed of 87.4 km/h. |

Launched a team and youngster sponsorship program to support Australian local cycling teams and young peloton cyclists. |

Became an official distributor of SUWADA (Since 1926) Japan. |

2021 Supplied ceramic bearings to the Australian Paralympians, resulting in 2 gold and 1 bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. |

HSC supports the top Australian university, Monash University Monash Human Power (MHP) team, which broke the Australian men’s single-track bike record of 116.39 km/h. This achievement makes their team hold the fastest Australian bicyclists titles as of 15th September 2023. |
