Syncros wheels commonly use the following bearing sizes: 6802, 6902, 6903, 6903-18mm, and 15267.

For example, the Syncros Capital 1.0 35mm wheelset typically uses:
Front Hub: 2 × 6903-18mm (18x30x7 mm)
Rear Hub: 2 × 6903
Freehub: 2 × 6802

For other models, here’s some reference information:

1. Syncros Capital 1.0 / Capital 1.0s Aero
Hubs: Syncros branded (DT Swiss 240 internals on 1.0s Aero version)

Bearings: OEM specs mention "stainless steel industrial bearings." Exact sizes are not officially published, but it typically uses 6802 and 6903.

2. Syncros Capital SL / SL Aero
Hubs: Custom DT Swiss EXP 240

Bearings: Exact sizes are not officially published, but the front likely uses 2 × 6903 or 6903-18mm; the rear hub fits 4 × sealed bearings, likely the same size range.

3. Syncros Revelstoke 1.5 (Alloy MTB)
Hubs: Syncros straight-pull alloy hubs, likely DT-inspired internals

Bearings: Exact sizes are not officially published. Hub shell uses sealed cartridge bearings. Freehub typically uses 6803 bearings.

4. Syncros Revelstoke 1.0
Construction is similar to Revelstoke 1.5, also using sealed cartridge bearings.

To further confirm your bearing sizes, we would suggest removing the end caps from your hub to inspect the bearings. Most bearings are marked on the seal with a code (e.g., “6803 2RS”), which indicates the bearing is 6803 and its dimensions are ID 17 mm × OD 26 mm × Width 5 mm.

If there’s no code visible, you can measure the inner diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD) and compare them to bearing size charts as follows.

6802 (ID 15mm x OD 24mm x Width 5mm)
6803 (ID 17mm x OD 26mm x Width 5mm)
6902 (ID 15mm x OD 28mm x Width 7mm)
6903-17mm (ID 17mm x OD 30mm x Width 7mm)
6903-18mm (ID 18mm x OD 30mm x Width 7mm)
15267 (ID 15mm x OD 26mm x Width 7mm)

This allows you to identify the correct bearing without fully removing it from the hub.
